Soy Oaxaquena, my parents originate from Oaxaca Mexico. My parents decided to open a stand at the flea markets after my father had an accident in his roofing job. My mother worked as an agricultural field worker. Growing up my Sundays, became going to different flea markets in Stockton. Due to the hat fascination my father has we aimed to sell all type of headwear items. As the years have passed, each one of us added to the growth of the business with the different items we offer. As a first generation who graduated in Ethnic Studies, I am grateful to have the opportunity to be able to open a storefront for my parents. Who's dream since selling at the markets has been to have a store of their own. My sibling and I are honored to give a glimpse of all the support, love, teachings and so much more back in this form to our parents.
